How to Practice Gratitude Everyday

We don’t have to wait until Thanksgiving to be grateful. We can practice gratitude by writing down what we are thankful for everyday and speaking our daily affirmations. In the video below, I share two ways to live in gratitude every day.

Take out a piece of paper or start a new “note” in your phone number one to five and write the big or little things you appreciate today or yesterday. Gratitude can be big or small like I describe in the video. And what is important or big to you may not be big to someone else–that is more than fine. These gratitudes are to improve YOUR mindset. ?
